Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, Oscar, UnitedHealthcare, and Ambetter. Please bring your physical card and ID so we can verify benefits on arrival.
Do you accept patients without insurance?
Yes! We welcome self-pay and cash-pay patients. We offer competitive rates for uninsured patients and those with high-deductible plans. Please call our office at (940) 383-8300 for pricing information.
How are labs billed?
Most tests are processed through partner labs that bill your insurance directly. You may receive a separate statement from them. We also offer convenient in-house lab ordering.
Can I choose a telehealth visit?
Yes, for many routine needs including medication refills, follow-ups, and minor illness consultations. However, physicals and some sick visits may require an in-person exam.
How do medication refills work?
Request refills via the patient portal or by calling us. Please allow 48 hours for us to review your chart and process the request.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring your photo ID, insurance card, completed new patient forms, a list of current medications, and any previous medical records or imaging results that may be relevant.

Yes, we provide comprehensive family medicine for patients of all ages — from children to seniors. We love keeping the whole family under one roof.
